How to use cookie cutters and embossers
How to properly use cookie cutters and embossersThe best recipes for obtaining a most beautiful biscuit are those for a non-leavening dough, this allows you to keep the prints even after the biscuit has been cooked. You can find some recipes tested by us in the “Recipes” section. For easy dough release, remember to coat the cookie cutter with powdered sugar/flour (we prefer flour) before cutting. All our cookie cutters and prints are made to have high precision. The cutters are suitable for cookie dough, fondant, clay or any other soft surface.
