Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If you purchased 15 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be entitled to a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons is not present in our error.
Any item that is returned five and a half weeks ago for delivery, subject to authorization

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send an email to info @ dolce3d. and we will provide you registered to return it if requested by us.
And give
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, you will be sent a gift certificate.
Shipment
To return the product, you must send the product to the address that we will provide via email.
You will be responsible for paying your forwarding costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be returned deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time you need your exchanged product to arrive, it can guarantee.
If your item is personalised: Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable: Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.
