All dimensions can have a ± 5mm margin of error, color of every cutter is random.

Shipping

All of our products are printed to order. The printing process takes 1-5 days, but we always do everything possible to speed up the process.

All of our products can be shipped worldwide from Poland.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 20:00 GMT+1.

The Postal service takes up to 6-20 business days to deliver the packages.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping the order, we will contact you personally via e-mail to inform you of the status of your order.

Tips

Essential Tips

Perfect thickness for the dough is 5mm
For the easiest use of the cutter, coat it with flour before using it. You can also dust it straight on the rolled dough.
Use recipes free from raising agents to get the best looking cookies!

HOW TO CLEAN AND STORE 3D PRINTED COOKIE CUTTERS

Store in a dry and cool place. The product can lose its shape above 50° C, so you need to keep it away from heat sources and/or direct sunlight. Do not put it in the oven or microwave, do not wash it in the dishwasher (clean it manually with a sponge, in cold or lukewarm water).
